Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue or use the search facility, then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards or you can place your order by telephone or fax if you would prefer.
Please note that due to the costs associated in processing an order we have a minimum order value of £29.00 + VAT
Shipping And Handling All goods must be signed for upon delivery. The delivered items must be checked when received and any faults or carrier damage must be reported within 3 working days.
In the event that there is no one at the premises when the goods are delivered the couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you contact the depo, you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively you can arrange to pick the goods up from the depot, for which you will need some form of identification e.g. a driving licence.
Delivery Schedule We want to deliver your goods to you as quickly as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered within two working days. However, because your order may not be in stock and we have to wait for delivery from the manufacturers, please allow 10 working days from placing your order for delivery. If there is any deviation from this expected delivery time, you will be notified.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the current rate. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card payments are processed by Sellerdeck Payments. Sellerdeck Payments is a secure online payments processing system that has been PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Guarantee All of our products come with a full one year return to base warranty. If you do have a problem with the equipment, please contact us and we supply any technical assistace needed or the information needed for return of the equipment for warranty repair. The warranty commmences upon the delivery date. Warranty only applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship which occur during normal and proper use. Warranty does not apply to products that are damaged due to misuse, alteration or modification.

Returns Policy In addition to our guarantee, we operate a 14 day money back guarantee for stocked items. In plain terms this means that if you are not satisfied with an item, you can return the item back to us within 14 days, in new condition and in the original packaging and we will refund your money minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%.
For Non Stocked Items
The manufacturers restocking fee applies when available.
No refund is available for made to order items
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage that may be sustained in transit.
Remittance Terms All goods remain the property of Blake and Boughton Ltd until full payment is received. For account customers payment is strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
