We do not operate a call centre and we pride ourselves on our positive customer service and a individual approach to customer needs and this is reflected by the positive comments in our customer satisfaction surveys. We are certified by BSI to the ISO9001 quality management standard for the sale, service, repair and calibration of industrial weighing equipment and we hold the Safe Contractors accreditation. We service and calibrate all weighing equipment including analytical balances, moisture analysers, floor mounted scales, weighbridges, vessels and silos.

In addition to calibrated test weights we use other calibration methods when required such as calibrated test mass, calibrated flow meter for vessels or calibrated DC Millivolt source. All items are fully certified to either UKAS standards or traceable to National Standards.
