We ensure that our customers experience the minimum equipment down time in the event of a breakdown by;

 

1 Only sending service engineers to your site that have a minimum of 4 years experience of repairing industrial and laboratory weighing equipment

2 Keeping common and critical spare parts in stock at our service centre

3 Ensuring the maximum response time from customer contact to an engineer arriving on site is six  working hours

 

Our six hours response time to emergency call outs is one of our audited and closely monitored Key Performance Indicators and we currently achieve this target 100% of the time.

To ensure the highest quality repairs, our service centre is equipped with a purpose built electronics workshop with live working areas for fault diagnostics to component level and soak-test benches.

 

All repairs are carried out by fully trained and experienced service engineers and for peace of mind all repairs come with a six month warranty.

 

To minimise the effect of equipment down time we have a large stock of common and critical spare parts in stock at the service centre. We also have hire / loan equipment in stock for immediate dispatch.
