To ensure the highest quality repairs, our service centre is equipped with a purpose built electronics workshop with live working areas for fault diagnostics to component level and soak-test benches.

 

To minimise the effect of equipment down time we have a large stock of common and critical spare parts in stock at the service centre. We also have hire / loan equipment in stock for immediate dispatch.

 

Our sales, service, repair, hire and calibration activities are controlled by our ISO9001:2008 certified quality management system and our aim is to obtain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

 

Our response time to emergency call outs is one of our audited and closely monitored Key Performance Indicators. We currently achieve a customer rating of 90% for our call our responce time.
